Ninety percent of our tenants are doing clinical rotations, fellowships, extramural externships, Kaplan study courses, USMLE prep courses, USMLE Step 1 Tests, USMLE Step 2 Tests, clinical electives or clinical core rotations in these major US cities. Our average furnished housing lease is 4-6 weeks in length and we are happy to accommodate such terms.
